This recipe is great to get rid of your sweet tooth and still keep it healthy!
1 scoop(s) protein powder
9 cup popcorn, plain
⅓ cup natural peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup peanuts, chopped
How to make
Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl.
Put the peanut butter and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for a few seconds to melt them together.
Add the protein powder (I recommend a vanilla one) to the peanut butter mixture and stir until combined.
Drizzle half the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.
Pour in the remaining peanut butter mixture and continue tossing until all the popcorn is coated.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top and enjoy!
